Mens Vivienne Westwood
Vivienne Westwood needs no introdcution, the most high profile British Fashion Designer gained her praise by taking her self named label on a journey to the top of the fashion tree. Born in Derbyshire in 1941, Vivienne Westowood has become a fashion icon due to her contribution to fashion over the last 40 years. Westwood started designing in 1971 and opened her first store on King's Road, London. She then went on to work with her (then) partner Malcolm McClaren, together they went on to dress the punk band the Sex Pistols.
In 1981 Westwood launched her first collection, named Pirate, and became recognised as one of Britains most interesting design talents. In 1990 the Mens Vivienne Westwood collection was born, and since then the Westwood brand has gone from strength to strength. She now has huge celebrity status in the UK and also Japan who seem to have adopted her as there own, due to their facination of British Designers.
