Returns

Laundry Room is happy to offer a full refund or an exchange on all website or telephone orders within 7 days of receipt or 14 days in the case of International orders. Laundry Room will only accept items returned in their original sale condition with all tags attached. All exchanges are charged at full postal rate, ‘free shipping’ only applies to original orders.

Procedure

To return an item please email info@laundryroom.co.uk to request a returns form, stating your intention. You will receive a reply within 24 hours with a returns form attached.
Once the form is received please fill in and send along with the item to:

Items should be sent by registered post and securely packaged. Laundry Room will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to items being returned.

Your rights to return the goods are protected under E.U Distance selling Directive (which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm).

After receiving the goods we will refund your credit/debit card excluding original shipping costs within 30 days.
